The 10-hour Les Mills Live London event, marked the beginning of the brand's global tour for 2016 and attracted over 4,000 people.
Instructors hosted over 35 different fitness classes over four stages, including new high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions, as well as Les Mills’ signature Bodypump and Bodycombat classes.
Our client, ITCH Experience Ltd, briefed us to deliver their impactful consumer experience merging music, sport and brand.
Working alongside ITCH’s creative team, we installed the very latest technologies into five spaces within London’s Excel to create fully immersive experiences for the end user.
3 Arctic’s, a 26t and 7.5t trucks from our in-house fleet were used to transport all equipment to the venue to meet our 60 strong crew.
Within the larger spaces such as Capital Hall, we installed a 24m wide screen, whilst the Auditorium featured a 15m wide screen. Both used edge blended DZ21k Panasonic Projectors using Spyder to mix the video image. All media was delivered through Arkaos servers.
Over 350m of trussing were used throughout the venue. In the Athletes Village, a central feature was installed using a 3.8m x 2.2m screen on a truss frame which relayed the live classes, whilst a live twitter feed and promotional videos were flown above a “pledge wall” constructed from print and bespoke boxes.
We installed an audio solution in the Auditorium consisting of Outline Butterfly line array.
Within Capital Hall, we installed D&B V-series line array, whilst Outline Doppia was delivered throughout the other 3 spaces.
A total of 40 Robe Pointe’s, 48 Robe 600’s, 18 Chauvet Rogue Hybrid RH1, 32 LED Pixel Batons and 36 Robe Robin 100 LED Beams, as well as over 130 generic fixtures were installed throughout the venue.
